JASON ALTERI
Jason Alteri, M.S., M.Div., is an experienced instructional designer with over twelve years of experience creating learning interventions and evaluating learning strategies in corporate, government, religious, and higher education settings. Prior to launching Alteri Learning Design, he spent four years working as an instructional designer for Walmart’s corporate training office. Jason earned a M.S. in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation Program at Syracuse University, focused on training, adult learning, and evaluation, and worked on a PhD in the same field. Jason is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and holds an M.Div. from Vanderbilt Divinity School, an experience that helps him design learning for many of his ministry clients.
Jason works with industry partners to design and develop learning interventions that meet the needs of emerging and experienced leaders. He has worked with a variety of learner populations including high potential emerging leaders in professional development programs, healthcare providers, seasoned technical professionals, church congregations, higher education and high school students.

DR. ASHLEY ALTERI
Ashley Alteri, Ph.D., J.D., is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the Michael Neidorff School of Business at Trinity University. Dr. Alteri earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy, focusing on Public Management, from State University of New York, University at Albany. She also earned an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota. Prior to entering higher education, Dr. Alteri was an attorney and worked in human resources and management in both the public and private sectors.
Dr. Alteri has twelve years of experience designing and facilitating in-person and online courses for Trinity University, SUNY Buffalo State University, Tennessee State University, SUNY University at Albany, Excelsior College, as well as government and corporate clients.
